If you guys are on a shared cell phone plan, you can call your AT&T or whoever your provider is and get a list of all of your outbound/inbound phone calls for each person on the plan. So now you’re probably thinking (oh great, it would take me days to call every number) – well I got news for you, if you thinking you’re calling the phone numbers in the digital age, you’re completely wrong.
Now you must get a list of all outbound and inbound calls that were made within the past 1-2 months or so (to be thorough). Once you’ve gathered the list, give it a quick glance to see if you see anything suspicious. Write down all unknown phone numbers, you will need them for the last method.

The first thing you will need is a service that can gather information regarding a phone number. This is called a reverse number lookup; There are many services that do this such as whitepages, spokeo, and several others, but not all provide valid information. If you’re in need of one, you can use our reverse phone lookup.
This will provide information on the caller, the carrier, and location of the registered service. You can then use the results to find a great deal of information. For example, the name (which is obvious), but even the carrier. If the carrier/provider doesn’t come back as a big name company such as verizon, AT&T, and so on, then they are probably using a burner phone service which is quite sketchy.
In some instances, you can even perform specific searches on your significant other’s phone number itself to see if it’s associated with any dating apps. But we’ll cover that another time.
